王小保，男，1984年出生，理学博士，副教授，联合培养硕士生导师。浙江省高校中青年学科带头人，湖州市“南太湖特支计划”青年拔尖人才，第六届湖州市青年科技奖获得者。
从事低能核理论的研究工作，主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、教育部自然科学基金1项，在《Phys. Rev. Lett.》《Phys. Lett. B》《Phys. Rev. C.》等期刊发表论文30余篇.
承担《大学物理》《力学》等课程的教学工作，主持浙江省在线开放课程1项，发表教研论文2篇。
