刘艳鑫，女，1978年出生，理学博士，教授。湖州市1112人才工程后备人选，澳门信誉第一平台中青年学术带头人，澳门信誉第一平台首届“教学十佳”，第六届“陆增镛”教师奖获得者，现代物理虚拟仿真实验教学中心负责人。
从事极端条件下原子核结构的理论研究工作，近年来，主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、作为核心成员承担国家自然科学基金项目8项，在《Phys. Rev. Lett》《Phys. Lett. B》 《Phys. Rev. C》《Eur. Phys. J. A》《Int.J.Mod.Phys.E》《Sci China-Phys Mech Astron》等国际重要期刊发表论文20余篇；
承担《力学》《电磁学》《大学物理》等课程的教学工作，主持浙江省“十三五”高等学校课堂教学改革项目1项，浙江省精品在线开放课程建设项目1项，主持校级各类课程建设项目多项。
